WHO WE ARE

AccessCare Services (ACS) is a Colorado Access company dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health care through telehealth, collaboration, and innovative care delivery models.

We connect individuals, families, healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies through services that improve access, reduce barriers to care, and support healthier communities.

WHO WE SERVE

AccessCare Services - VCCI program provides telehealth behavioral health support to eligible individuals who:

  • Are enrolled in Colorado Access Medicaid

  • Are enrolled in Colorado Access CHP+

  • Are enrolled in Denver Health Medicaid Choice

  • Reside within RAE Region 4 (Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, or Douglas Counties)

If you are unsure whether you qualify, our team can check whether you have active Colorado Access Medicaid or CHP+ coverage and connect you with the appropriate resources.

Providing Assessment, therapy, counseling, and support for children, adolescents, adults, and families through telehealth care.

Psychiatry Services

Psychiatric assessment, medication recommendations, consultation, and ongoing support through our Virtual Care Collaboration and Integration (VCCI) model.

Positive Parenting Program

Support for caregivers and families through evidence-based parenting interventions designed to strengthen family relationships and improve child outcomes

Healthcare Partnerships

Partnering with healthcare organizations, community agencies, and schools to improve behavioral health access and support integrated care.

Yes. Services are delivered through secure telehealth technology.

What technology do I need?

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and audio capability.

Please note that Chromebooks are not currently supported by our telehealth services.
